The location was stunning, with beautiful views of the snow-covered mountains. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the delicious food, especially the fresh seafood dishes. Plus, the hotel had convenient shuttle transportation to nearby attractions.
There were no special events or festivities to celebrate the holiday, which left us feeling bored and unengaged. the staff seemed distant and uninterested in helping us make the most of our stay.

I was impressed by the attentive and friendly staff at this hotel. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and exceeded our expectations. One member of the staff even rearranged our table and futon, ensuring that everything was perfect for us. Additionally, the hotel's onsen facilities were top-notch. We had the opportunity to try a few public baths, but we found that the ones at this hotel were our favorites. The outside bath, surrounded by rocks, provided a peaceful and relaxing experience. The hotel even provided towels, moisturizers, and glucosamine gels for joint pain, which was a thoughtful touch. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and boasted amazing views. The futons were comfortable, and the private bath on the balcony was truly a highlight. this hotel provided excellent value for the price we paid.
Nothing to improve – everything was perfect.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the location is absolutely stunning. Situated in the mountains with a river in front, it provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are something else, especially the ones with a private bath on the balcony. It was such a luxury to relax in the tub in my very own tiny private garden. Secondly, the attention to detail by the staff was incredible. They provided excellent service and were always attentive to my needs. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options that left me satisfied for the day.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The hotel is not very centrally located but still a great base to explore the town. It is situated in a peaceful garden area, away from the bustle of the city center. The rooms are spacious and come with private bathrooms and beautiful views of the mountains. The breakfast spread is satisfactory and the service provided is decent.
The staff struggles with speaking English and this causes problems in communication.
